Imagine showing up to work drunk – or better yet, imagine one of your co-workers… what you expect? 

Normally, I would say that the drunk worker would be fired.

Well… that is not true in Peru.

It seems that the country's highest court has ruled that a janitor, who showed up to work drunk, get his job back.

This ruling sets a very dangerous precedent….
