Twelve years ago this coming Sunday my lovely bride and I embarked on a life long journey full of adventure and mishaps. In looking back over the years it is amazing what the Lord has done in, through and around us.

It is simply wonderful.  🙂

Knowing that Sundays are fairly booked, last night Emily and I took advantage of some free babysitters (got to love grandparents!!) and went to the Idaho Botanical Garden for a picnic supper and a concert.

It was a blast!

The Botanical Garden was beautiful with lots of walking paths and different types of gardens (i.e. an English garden, water gardens, etc.). The band that was playing last night was a local blues group called the Hoochie Coochie Men. They performed a fairly good selection of classic rock and original pieces.

Yeah…it was a good evening.  😀
