Did you miss me?
I missed myself – true story! I set my brain down for a minute in a safe place only to forget where I placed it. After reflecting on the loss, I realized that memories are stored in the brain so by removing it, I accidentally removed my memories as well.
Wait?
How am I typing?
Oh…that’s right, I discovered my brain after several days of sure bliss. 🙂
Welcome to the Holidays in the Northwest – full of snow, family, brain-less-bloggers, and lots of snow.
2009 is almost over – and boy was it a crazy, fast, and landmark year.
- It was my first full year as a pastor.
- The year the Creator told us to adopt.
- A year full of eschatological studies,
- Long backpacking trips (including a long awaited trip into Frank Church Wilderness),
- Sorrow, joy, sadness, and breakthrough.
- And wonderful coffee breaks with friends.
- It was also the year I attended the National Vineyard conference,
- Took Em with me to the Missions conference,
- Established new friends throughout the USA and Latin America,
- And submitted my first paper to a scholar conference.
2009 will be remembered.
2010 will be….well, that is yet to be seen. Now to brave the cold snow…. 😕
